Then you can decide if I am the right person to help you, as it is essential you feel comfortable with me. This is because the relationship we create between us, which is non- judgemental and safe, is the basis for the work to be done.
We can work either in person or online to suit your needs and the work is always tailored specifically for you, not a 'set' routine.
We will work together for as long as you want to, as you will know if it is helping or not so there are no obligations. We will plan week by week so you are in total control. My aim is to empower you to lead a more contented life on your terms.
