About Me
My own personal life experiences led me to train as a Counsellor so I could better understand human behaviours and to learn ways to help others to feel more empowered and less trapped by historic 'baggage'.
I am constantly amazed by the clever coping mechanisms we use to deal with life's difficulties but hope to be able to assist others to find more healthy ways to cope and to live a life which feels more balanced and content.
I live in a quiet secluded place which is not far from the A37 and the A303 which makes it accessible for Castle Cary, Shepton Mallet, Yeovil, Somerton as well as Street and Glastonbury.
The peaceful surroundings also allows for working outside in nature if this is suitable and may help with younger children who may find working in an enclosed space difficult.
I am from a big family and now have a large family of my own to include my own children and step children so I have an understanding of relationship dynamics.
I am an Accredited Member of The National Counselling Society registration number NCS19-08708
